Trickier moments

This is where it gets tricky because there is no way of stopping the memories the fateful reminders of everything but there is no way of stopping these memories from entering your mind or pschy, there is no way you can predict what will come up and know way you can prepare for it emotionally. Just have to brace myself and hope that the steps I have taken to help and support me within these darker moments can help me continue to stay strong and keep moving me forward. Remember the strength within, I love you and I am listening, I am there, I am here, I am not going anywhere, I am calm and I am ready.
